APO HALMYRIS

The author's family has its roots in the magical lands of Dobruja and Budjak, where the antique Scythia Minor witnessed the incessantly changing mosaique of peoples from the Orient and from Europe.
A career in scientific research, but also in crisis management, as well as teaching, was paralleled by an intense personal practice of opening techniques, concentration and meditation. 
After more than six decades and having seen the Light, it was high time to transmit some of the knowledge, not only directly to the very few, but to many, be it in an indirect manner through the written word.
